THE FULL STORY


Since 1991 Plantsmart has quietly established a niche as a Total Category Management partner for live goods businesses in the Pacific Northwest, Intermountain West, and Alaska.  We have developed a national supply chain that allows us to offer a complete portfolio of products to meet the needs of mass-market retailers, grocery chains, and garden centers.   
 
Our passion is houseplants, and our strength is rooted in our supply chain.  We have incredible partners with relationships going back over 20 years in many cases.  Customer success is what fuels any business, and, in our industry, customer success starts with quality plants.  We work hard to deliver on that promise every day.

Account management is a core element of our value proposition.  We believe that having a seat at the table clearly defines what a successful outcome looks like for all parties.  New product innovations and packaging solutions are part of a larger and evolving conversation around trends and consumer preferences.

Streamlining product sourcing creates efficiencies and ultimately more predictable financial results.  Fundamentally, the best-laid plans are only as good as the ability to get the product to market.  Logistics is a strategic advantage that we have built over the years, and it’s what allows us to get plants to our customers and keep them in stock.
